Getting Started with Bank Account

If you frequently make payments through bank transfers, you might want to consider storing your bank details securely within a reliable system. By doing this, the next time you need to pay an invoice or settle a bill, you won’t have to repeatedly input your banking information, which minimizes the potential for manual errors, such as typos or incorrect account numbers.
You can confidently add your bank details to our system. The process is designed to be straightforward and requires only essential information. We prioritize your security and privacy, ensuring that any data you provide is handled with the utmost care to prevent any risks or issues. This approach not only streamlines your payment process but also enhances your overall experience by reducing the chance of complications that can arise from manual entry.
To access your bank details, start by selecting the "Settings " option from the side menu, then select "Bank Account". Upon selecting "Bank account", you will be taken to the bank account management page. Here, you will see a comprehensive list of all bank accounts that have already been added to the system. This list will include important details such as name, account number, and any relevant identifiers.

On the bank account management page, to view all details, select a bank account by clicking on it. This details page offers various options to manage your bank accounts efficiently, such as <a href='http://localhost:8080/knowledgebase/create-bank-account.html'>adding</a> new accounts, <a href='http://localhost:8080/knowledgebase/sales-tax-update.html'>updating</a> existing ones, or <a href='http://localhost:8080/knowledgebase/delete-bank-account.html'>deleting</a> accounts as needed. Each action usually prompts a confirmation dialog to prevent mistakes. The interface is user-friendly, making management within Finovers straightforward.

If your list of bank accounts is extensive, you have the option to streamline your selection process by utilizing the filtering feature. Simply click the button next to the "Add" button above the bank account list. This tool empowers you to refine your search based on Name, Account Number, allowing for a more organized and efficient management of your bank accounts.
