This Agreement is entered into between you (whether as an individual or on behalf of a business entity) and Finovers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and outlines the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of Finovers’ account-based financial management and collaboration platform.

This Agreement applies solely to users and organizations operating within India. If you are located outside India, please refer to our International Terms of Service.

Acceptance of the Agreement

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use any of our services.

Your acceptance of this Agreement is indicated through any of the following actions:

  • Checking a box during the registration or onboarding process
  • Or continuing to use our services.
