Bill Delete
Once you have successfully created and added a bill to your records, there may come a time when you need to delete it. It’s important to note that you can only delete a bill that has not been marked as paid. If you’re certain that you want to proceed with deleting a bill, please follow these detailed steps to ensure you complete the process accurately:
- Begin by locating the Bill Management Page. To do this, find the navigation menu typically located on the side of your screen. Click on this menu to expand it, and then select the "Bills" option. This action will redirect you to an organized overview that lists all the bills you’ve created previously, allowing you to see essential details about each one in a clear and structured format.

- Once you’re on the Bill Management Page, take a moment to carefully examine the list of bills presented. If your record contains many entries, finding the specific bill you want to delete could be time-consuming. To streamline this process, utilize the filter function—usually found at the top of the bill list. This tool allows you to input specific criteria such as date, amount, or status, helping you quickly narrow down the entries to locate the exact bill you wish to delete.

- After identifying the bill you want to delete, look for an action button next to that specific bill entry. Click on this button to reveal a dropdown menu that displays several operational options. From this list, select the "Delete" option. This tells the system that you intend to remove this particular bill from your records.

- At this stage, a pop-up window will appear, requesting your confirmation to delete the bill. This step is crucial because it provides a final opportunity to reconsider your decision. Carefully read the message to ensure you are deleting the correct bill. If you are confident in your choice and wish to proceed, click on the "Delete" button within the pop-up. Please be aware that this action will permanently remove the bill entry from the system, and once deleted, it cannot be recovered. Therefore, make sure you truly wish to eliminate this bill from your records before confirming.
