Bill Update
After adding a bill to the system, there may be instances where you need to revise specific details. To facilitate this, you can utilize the edit option. However, it's important to note that once you have processed the payment, editing the bill will no longer be permissible, as it may lead to complications within your finance department’s records.
- To get started, locate the Bill Management Page. You can do this effortlessly by clicking on the side menu and selecting the "Bills" option. This will direct you to a comprehensive overview of all the bills you’ve created previously, displayed in a list format for your convenience.

- Take a moment to carefully browse through the list of bills displayed on the management page. If you have a large number of entries, it might be beneficial to utilize the filter function, which allows you to narrow your search by specific criteria. This feature will enable you to quickly and efficiently find the particular bill you wish to update.

- Once you have identified the bill that requires modification, locate the action button situated next to it. By clicking on this button, a dropdown menu will appear, presenting you with various options.
