Download Bill

Once you have successfully created and added a bill to your records, you may find it necessary to download that bill for printing or archiving purposes. To proceed with the download, you will first need to set up a template that aligns with your company's branding.

  • Begin by locating the Bill Management Page. To do this, find the navigation menu typically located on the side of your screen. Click on this menu to expand it, and then select the "Bills" option. This action will redirect you to an organized overview that lists all the bills you’ve created previously, allowing you to see essential details about each one in a clear and structured format.

  • Once you’re on the Bill Management Page, take a moment to carefully examine the list of bills presented. If your record contains many entries, finding the specific bill you want to delete could be time-consuming. To streamline this process, utilize the filter function—usually found at the top of the bill list. This tool allows you to input specific criteria such as date, amount, or status, helping you quickly narrow down the entries to locate the exact bill you wish to delete.

  • After identifying the bill you want to download, look for an action button adjacent to that bill entry. Clicking on this button will display a dropdown menu with various operational options. From this menu, select the "Download" option. This action will initiate the download process, allowing you to save a digital copy of the bill to your device for future use, whether you intend to print it or keep it stored electronically.
