Getting Started As a User

To successfully transition your business with Finovers, we recommend beginning the process by registering as a user.

Here’s a detailed guide to help you through the registration process:

  • Begin by visiting Finovers. Here, you will find a registration form that needs to be filled out. Take your time to provide accurate information to facilitate your account setup.

  • After submitting the form, our dedicated support team will take over. They will create your account and establish your database tailored to your business needs. Once this is completed, you will receive an email notification containing your login ID and initial password.
  • Upon receiving your credentials, you can log in for the first time. Use the ID and password provided to access your account and explore the features available to you.
  • If you wish to enhance your security by changing your password, navigate to the Profile page. You can find the button to access this page in the top right corner of the dashboard. On the Profile page, you will have the ability to update your personal information as well. However, please keep in mind that the name of your database is fixed and cannot be altered.
