Activate/Deactivate Resource

There may be situations where a specific resource does not need to be active at the moment, but there is a possibility that it may need to be reactivated in the future. In these cases, it is often more practical to deactivate the resource rather than keep it active without purpose. While regulatory requirements prevent the complete deletion of resource records, deactivation offers the flexibility needed for potential future use.

To change a resource's status whether to activate or deactivate it please follow these steps:

  • Begin by locating the side menu on your screen clicking on your screen and clicking on the "Resources" option. After doing this, you will be directed to the Resource Management page, where you will see a comprehensive list of all resources previously entered into the system, along with their respective details.
