Add Leaves As Employee
To apply for leave as an employee(resource) follow below steps:
- Begin by accessing the application. You can start from any page within the app. Enter your User ID in the designated login field and click "Log In". After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the homepage or the last page you viewed. Look to the right side of your screen for the "Settings Icon", which typically resembles a gear or cog. Click on this icon to reveal a menu that will appear on the right side of the page.

- In the menu that appears on the right, locate a button marked with a "+" sign and labeled "Add Leave". Clicking this button will open a leave request form in a pop-up window, allowing you to formally apply for your leave.

- On the leave request form, begin by entering the details of your leave: start with "Leave Dates" where you have to put the start date and end date for your requested leave. Make sure to choose accurate dates to avoid any confusion. Next is "Type of Leave", Select the appropriate type of leave from the available options: Bereavement Leave, Compensatory Off, Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Paid or Unpaid Leave. The default option is unpaid, but you can change this if your leave qualifies for paid time off. Finally, provide a Reason for Leave in the provided text box. This helps your manager understand the necessity of your absence.

- After completing all required fields in the form, review your information to ensure accuracy, and then click the "Submit" button. Your leave request will now be forwarded to the administrator for approval.

- It is important to remember that your leave request requires approval from an administrator. You will be notified once your request has been reviewed and approved. Until then, please refrain from making any plans based on your requested leave dates.
