Effectively managing resources and employees is a critical task for any organization, and Finovers is here to enhance your capabilities in these areas through our innovative application. Our system is designed to provide a comprehensive solution for organizing and accessing employee records, allowing you to manage data effortlessly from any location, whether you’re in the office or working remotely.
One key feature of our application is the streamlined leave application process. Employees can submit their leave requests from anywhere, and these requests will automatically populate within the system for your review. This functionality not only simplifies communication but also empowers employees to manage their time off more efficiently. As a manager, you can process these leave applications right from your device; approve or decline requests with just a few taps, and maintain detailed records of employee leave history.
In addition to managing leave, our application also allows you to keep thorough documentation of salary increments, complete with the corresponding dates. This feature makes it incredibly easy to track and review salary changes over time, ensuring that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips. The ability to access this data quickly reduces the dependence on physical records, drastically cutting down the amount of time you spend searching through files and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

To access resources within the system, begin by clicking on the "Resources" option located in the sidebar. This action will redirect you to the resource management page, which serves as the central hub for managing all resources effectively.

On the resource management page, you will find several functionalities that enable you to perform key actions related to resources. These actions include filtering all data, adding new resources, editing existing ones, deleting unused entries, and activating or deactivating resources as needed.

For managing leave and increment actions, you will need to access the details page. To do this, first, navigate to the management page and find the relevant employee ID. Once you have located the ID, click on it. This will redirect you to the details page for that specific resource, where you can manage relevant actions related to leave and increments in more detail.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage resources and perform necessary actions with ease.
