Update Stakeholder

After entering details into the system, you may need to update some information. This could involve changing a stakeholder's personal details, account information, address, or contact person. To ensure a smooth update process, please follow the detailed steps outlined below:

  • To begin, locate the Stakeholder Management section within the system. Look for the menu on the side of your screen and click on the option labeled "Master". From this menu, select "Stakeholder". You will be taken to a dedicated page designed specifically for managing your stakeholders, where you can view all relevant information.

  • On the stakeholder management page, take a moment to scan through the list. If you have many stakeholders, consider using the filter function to narrow down your search effectively. This will help you quickly locate the specific stakeholder you wish to update.

  • Once you identify the stakeholder you wish to modify, select that stakeholder, and the details pertaining to the stakeholder will be displayed on the right-hand side.

  • Upon accessing the details page, please refer to the top right corner where you will find the "Edit" button. By clicking this button, you will be directed to the edit form associated with the specific stakeholder in question.

  • The edit form you are taken to will be populated with all the details you originally entered during the stakeholder’s creation. Carefully review each field to ensure accuracy, and make any necessary changes to reflect the correct information.
  • In the personal information section of the edit form, you have the flexibility to update any of the fields containing personal details. This may include changes to the stakeholder's name or other pertinent personal information. Additionally, you can remove any details that are no longer relevant or necessary.

  • In the account details section, you can comprehensively update all relevant information related to the stakeholder's accounts. This includes adding new accounts, updating existing account details, or removing accounts that are no longer applicable.

  • Within the address details section, you can modify all entries as needed. If there is a requirement for a different shipping address or any additional address information, you can add those details. Conversely, if certain addresses are outdated or no longer needed, you can remove them as well.

  • In the contact information section, you have the ability to update existing entries, add new contacts, or remove old contacts that are no longer relevant. Ensure that all contact information reflects the current representatives or points of contact for the stakeholder.

  • After you have meticulously updated all the required fields in the form, locate the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. Click on this button to finalize your changes. Your stakeholders will now be updated in the system with the new information you've provided.

By following these steps carefully, you can ensure that all stakeholder information is accurate and up to date, supporting effective management and communication.
